Now this disaster has everyone totally depressed and bummed out, but dwelling in depression and misery is only for the weak. This can be a win-win to relocate those on the Gulf Coast exposed to toxins in the air and/or water to the many millions of foreclosed homes lying empty around the nation, while providing millions of new jobs to make this all happen. It could even be the chance for BP to redeem itself by doing the right thing by those affected.
